            The Four Horsemen of Apocalypse, Revelation, Chapter Six, whose names are:  Lord Immanuel Joshua ben Joseph ben Nazaratti, whom the ignorant and profane call “Jesus” the Crucified One:  the First Horseman riding the white horse, Haminadab; Lord El Aku ALIHA ASUR HIGH, of The Mighty, Most Righteous and Honorable House of Din, upon whom The Most High named His Own Name:  the Second Horseman riding the red horse, Pegasus; Lord Ra Amon Horus El Kayops, Son of Osiris of Egypt, First Lord High Judge of All Creation:  the Third Horseman riding the black horse, Columbia; and Lord Ammeliet Hammerlin, Son of Haph of Ur, First Lord High Hunter of All Creation, the ageless wise man, Merlin:  the Fourth Horseman riding the pale horse, Hadesium.

            These are the Four Great Judges of the First Judgment.

            Being Warriors and commanding the four most-elite units of all the Heavenly Hosts, they often gather and rehearse their plans, reports, status and advisories.  Every competent officer and non-com understands this as routine and a vital necessity.

            Because Lord El Aku ALIHA ASUR HIGH is also the incarnate Anointed (Messiah) Witness of This Generation of Ish (Adam), and these are the beginning Days of Tribulation, conquering, war, injustice, famine and death, just prior to the Years of Holocaust and total global enslavement:  there is need of advice and planning for the few hours left of Lord El Aku’s Reign – the last of the True Anointeds until Shiloh.

            The full transcript, translated out of Angelic into English, of the 04 September 2009 – 16 Elul 5769 –  Council of the Four Horsemen is contained in its entirety at The Four Horsemen and may be printed for personal use and quoted – with due credit – free of charge.  Comments and questions are welcome.

            The Horsemen and their Commands gathered at the bivouac at Qorqhus, ordered their units to stand down for the duration.  Lord Immanuel, being the Officer of the Watch, called the General Officers to attend, each taking their respective places in the proper order according to their Rank and Station.  Seating them by command, Lord Immanuel called the Council to order.

            Lord Immanuel:  The purpose of this Council of the Four Horsemen is to consider and advise Lord El Aku concerning the rise of demonic strength in Earth by the most-abominable of all evils, Marxism, Communism, Fascism, Socialism, programmed ignorance, government intrusion and the deliberate destruction of that Holy Document, The Constitution of the United States of America, that brought the whole world out of the darkest of ages and enslavements to the highest intellectual levels of mankind since the departure of the Nefilim and the greatest prosperity ever accorded mankind of their own efforts.

            Lord El Aku, it is my understanding that you intend to publish the transcript of this Council of the Four Horsemen to the whole world.

            Lord El Aku:  That is true.

            Lord Immanuel:  Then be sure this Council of the Four Horsemen contains as much background information as it does direct advice.  As there are many called but few are chosen; so are there are many seekers but few with the courage to find.  Therefore, let us all be clear in all we say here, with sufficient previous information that all will understand what we say and the justification for our advice.

            Lord El Aku, the Council will hear you.

            Lord El Aku:  Thank you, Lord Immanuel.  And thank you, Lord Horus and Lord Hammerlin.  I value your advice as I value my weaponry and my armor.

            Currently there is a grand effort to finish the destruction of the United States’ economy by the enactment of a totally-communist health care plan in conjunction with the effects of the national blackmail of the entire nation via the many bailout and reputed stimulus financial packages.  Are there comments?

            Lord Immanuel:  Lord Horus, the Council will hear you.

            Lord Horus:  Thank you, Lord Immanuel.  And thank you, Lord El Aku and Lord Hammerlin.  Be it far from me to intervene into the Affairs of Damnation that mankind will enforce upon themselves, until we are ordered to destroy all such in That Day; but Lord El Aku, the United States does not need, cannot afford and will not survive communist run health care.  The so-called health care plan is not intended for any other purpose than to destroy the economy, and thus the sovereignty, of the United States that the whole world may be enslaved by socialism.

            Lord Immanuel:  Lord Hammerlin, the Council will hear you.

            Lord Hammerlin:  Thank you, Lord Immanuel.  And thank you, Lord El Aku and Lord Horus.  I fully concur with Lord Horus.  Since before the days of President Thomas Woodrow Wilson the Demons of Damnation and Destruction have forced their Grand Plan of Total Global Enslavement of the socialist manifesto jot by jot and tittle by tittle.  And in the presence of my beloved brother and comrade in arms, Lord King of Israel, El Aku ALIHA ASUR HIGH, I denounce the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah for these knowing and evil abominations in Israel.

            Beloved brother, the world cannot afford nor can it survive the infestation and infection of any of the Tribe of Levi or the Tribe of Judah in any capacity of authority.

            Lord Immanuel:  Lord El Aku, the Council will hear you.

            Lord El Aku:  Thank you, brother Horus and thank you, brother Hammerlin.  Brother Immanuel, I want to hear your comments too.

            Lord Immanuel:  I fully concur with Lord Horus and Lord Hammerlin.  I too am a Jew.  And I watched as That Great Babylonian Harlot at Rome slaughtered each and every one of my Disciples they could not incarcerate and otherwise restrict until death, that their True Knowledge be suppressed and destroyed and kept from the whole world.  I watched as the Babylonian Demons at Rome murdered and legislated themselves into every position of power and absolute authority in both government and religion, claiming my authority and the seat of my Anointing.  I watched as That Great Babylonian Harlot at Rome transformed herself from a religion into a government and disguised herself as a religion again.  And I was appalled at the evil of it.

            But the Grand Demons of Babylon are not infallible, and their conspiracies to rule the whole world from Rome and Constantinople through Kings of the various Tribes was a far greater burden than their open immoralities could either support or maintain; for they did not consider the Levite and the Jew as more than a source of wealth to finance their abominations, knowing they could slaughter both to erase and eliminate the debt with little public outcry.

            And then we all watched as the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah called to themselves and embraced all the Grand Demons of Damnation.  Seeking only wealth and the power of wealth, not one of the whole of the Tribe of Levi nor the whole of the Tribe of Judah was found righteous to stand and speak against that wholesale surrender to deliberate desecration.  Though a few testified in their souls, none spoke a word in protest and none took their sword and put that evil out of Levi, out of Judah nor out of Israel.

            And those Grand Demons of Damnation took it upon themselves generation by generation to bring forth the Advocates of Damnation, setting an agenda of progressiveness, often to their own personal execution.  And we all watched as the Grand Demons of Damnation conspired with whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah to bring forth the Fallen Seraphim Belphegor-possessed Karl Heinrich Marx and Friedrich Engels to compile, publish, advocate, legislate and enforce that greatest of all abominations:  socialism.

            Brother El Aku, look no farther than the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah in all their sanctuaries, public, governmental and private, to locate the source, support manipulations, legislations and enforcements of the damnations of socialism upon the whole world.  And look no further than whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah, even in their Synagogues, to locate the source, support manipulations, legislations and enforcements of the damnations of socialism upon the whole of Ephraim (United States), Manasseh (United Kingdom) and all of western Europe.

            Lord El Aku, the whole world does not need, cannot afford and will not survive Marxism, Communism, Fascism or Socialism for they are the greatest of all abominations mankind can bring upon themselves.  The whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah have bribed the whole of the Accursed Tribe of Canaan with sweet words, support and encouragement of their degeneracies and seduced the programmed-ignorant into layer upon layer of enslavement upon their own heads and at their own hands.  We all know for a fact, and have spoken it in The Great Presence where no lie nor falsehood may be uttered as truth, that whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah will concoct and enforce any lie and any knowingly false defamation to enforce and maintain their agenda of total global enslavement.

            Lord El Aku:  The lies of the socialists are never-ending.  There are less than ten million citizens in the United States that do not have adequate health care.  Funding the actual qualification and ultimate care for these nine to ten million citizens need not, and should not, cost into the billions the criminal communists want nor the fifty three additional agencies.  In the matter of preexisting conditions and fine print exclusions of insurance companies, that is a need for insurance industry reform and has nothing to do with the health care industry as a medical point.

            This whole socialist scenario is nothing but lies upon lies to increase debt upon debt.  And now if I may venture into that matter, I would have your comments concerning the United States economic situation.

            Lord Immanuel:  Lord Horus, the Council will hear you.

            Lord Horus:  Thank you, Lord Immanuel.  Look no further than whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah; for they and they alone conspired and concocted the national extortion.  And they have schemed and distorted, legislated and stolen, since empowered to do so by President Thomas Woodrow Wilson obeying the orders of his manipulators and signing The Federal Reserve Act, December 23, 1913 – 14 Kislev 5674, creating the Federal Reserve System of the United States of America.  That provision of the Five Hundred Year Plan began its undermining and wholesale thievery before the signature ink was dry.  Indeed, the thieveries were well along because the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah knew they were not to be denied the legislation.

            Lord Hammerlin:  Thank you, Lord Immanuel.  The conspirators were and still are the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah.  The controllers were and still are the Rothschilds of Europe under David Rene James de Rothschild controlling the Bank of England via the Bank of London; Lazard Freres co-founder Anthony Edward Meyer, a pretend philanthropist; heirs and advocates of Israel Moses Sieff, representing the controlling families of Israel; Kuhn Loeb Company and Warburg Company as merged into the thieving Lehman Brothers, now owned by American Express, a bank holding company eligible for bailout and troubled assets relief to be funded by extortion upon the Children of Ephraim; Goldman Sachs under Lloyd C. Blankfein, Gary D. Cohn, John H. Bryan, Claes Dahlback, Stephen Friedman, William W. George, Rajat K. Gupta, James A. Johnson, Lois D. Juliber, Lakshmi N. Mittal, James J. Schiro, Ruth J. Simmons and John F. W. Rogers; and the Rockefeller Families and J.P. Morgan.

            Lord El Aku:  Thank you, Lord Immanuel.  I would like your advice as there seems to be no end to Levites and Jews involved in these conspiracies and treasons.

            Lord Immanuel:  Lord El Aku, there is virtually no end to the involvement of Levites and Jews in these conspiracies and treasons.  How many times have you said it yourself, “find any disaster anywhere in the whole world, other than Acts of Nature, that are not the end result of some socialist agenda.  They all are!  Scratch the surface and you’ll find a Jew in charge and bleeding it blind?”  You are not in any error, my beloved brother.  You are not in any error at all.

            I exist in constant disgust that my own people have become so vile and so corrupt.  Being a fellow Israelite and direct descendant of Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac and Jacob, and I being descended of David, I understand your frustration at all Levites and all Jews.  Of all Israel the Tribe of Levi were given the most important and lucrative assignment as the Priesthood; and they defecated on it as if it were a pile of used and cast-away menstruous cloth.  The Tribe of Judah was given the Septre of the Nation, that none could ever forget or deny the existence of Israel; and they claim it as a crown of Divine Choice of a People.  Such knowing liars!  They are fully deserving of the Great and Irrevocable Curse you established upon them.

            Beloved brother, we already know there is no end to the intrusions of the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah once they gain any consideration other than immediate execution because they are present.  More abominable than the dregs of Accursed Canaan, the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah will await any advantage and spare nothing against the victims.  They are a totally degenerate, deceitful and morally bereft people, fully deserving all the expulsions, exiles and executions carried out on them for ages; usually to erase conspired debt but always including the necessity of removing their stranglehold from every element of government, private life and endeavor.

            They have not changed in their determination, Brother of Fire, nor will they ever until they are consumed as a people and The Most High brings up new Children to Levi and new Children to Judah.  Even Ishmael in all their wanderings after other gods, and now psychopathic observance of the distortions of Muhammad, are not as vile in The Sight of The Most High as are the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah.

            And their abominations are far from over.  the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah and every Marxist, Communist, Fascist and Socialist in the United States is quietly seeking a Constitutional Convention to replace The Constitution of the United States, with as much of the Communist Manifesto as they can legislate.  Do not be deceived, Brother of Fire, the pending Constitutional Convention is intended for no other purpose.  Unsheath your Great Sword and deal with those advocates appropriately in the Names of the Sword of Righteousness, Sword of Justice, Sword of Truth, Sword of Honor, Sword of Strength, Sword of Vengeance and Sword of Great Wrath; and know The Most High has Ordained their Death of Deaths and Eternal Destruction.

            And concerning your few True and Righteous Akurians, teach all those of sufficient Spiritual experience to achieve the Highest Heavens and to experience the Deepest Depths of Hell; for that which is there is also for their arsenal.  You have endowed them with great power and vast knowledge and understanding, and it shall be left in their hands and upon their heads to retain that which you have given, expand their understanding and apply their True Righteousness in irrevocable justice.  They are the living example to the whole world that Spirit exists and how to achieve it properly; for mine was the Reign of Forgiveness, but this is your Reign of War with much demonic socialism and the absence of true justice; and they do you well, Son of Fire.

            As you have long understood, when the Nefilim Watchers abandoned earth, they left behind their castles and mansions, factories stripped of equipment, and navigation markers.  These are still revered as sacred by aborigines and those seeking True Spirit; but there is nothing of spirit there save the essence of life that maintains the burial places of the dead.  It is the restoration of True Spirit that is Ordained upon the Akurian Teachers of Righteousness, displaying their True Righteousness and Holy Authorities with their Invocations of Testimony and their own personal living example.

            All the rituals and observances at or directed toward these ancient ruins and long-abandoned remnants avail nothing but expense and displays of ignorance.  The Most High hears not anything of such because not one word or element of them is directed toward Holy Law, Righteous Truth, you, nor any Akurian being a Proven Knower of The Great Testimony.  Not one farthing of the costs and offerings are directed into your hand that you may sanctify it before The Most High.  In The Sight of The Most High, the city of Mecca is but a tombstone of testimony against murderers of the innocent and the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is a dung heap.  Even the many temples and places called holy in all the Orient and all of Asia are but tourist sites, and have no more spirit than all the grand Cathedrals and Chapels of Europe which have had nothing of True Spirit from their very inception.

            Beloved Brother of Fire, when you speak to the Sun, the Moon, the Air, the Fire, the Water, the Earth and the Winds against the Marxists, the Communists, the Fascists and the Socialists as Ordered by Our Great Father:  speak testimony against the psychopathic murderers of Islam and all who support them and bring them not to Justice in The Sight of The Most High, and His Soul will rejoice; speak testimony also against That Great Babylonian Harlot at Rome and Constantinople, and I will be more comforted; speak testimony against the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah, and I will be ecstatic!  Do not spare That Great Babylonian Harlot at Rome and Constantinople nor any of their Harlot Daughters, for they are the existing personification of all demonic deceptions everywhere in the whole world.  And do not spare the whole of the Tribe of Levi and the whole of the Tribe of Judah, for they are the conspirators and the instigators of all evil and all socialism found everywhere upon the Earth.  Left to their own devices, there is no moral difference between any of them.  All three deserve to Die the Death, and Die the Death they shall.

            Neither myself nor any Akurian will not call anything honorable that is treason or deceit, whether spelled out specifically by law or not.  Economic espionage as practiced by all those named here as such in the Council of the Four Horsemen, are guilty of both treason and deceit against the United States, if not Acts of War.  The entire Federal Reserve System, Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service and all the Wall Street-Class Bankers and Brokers are guilty of treason and deceit against the United States.  The lying, thieving bastards may hide behind the tattered remnants of the Constitution, but they cannot hide from nor escape the judgments of the Akurians against them.  So we are commanded, and so do we judge.

            Beloved Brothers, stand by and be prepared for when I speak to the Sun, the Moon, the Air, the Fire, the Water, the Earth and the Winds against the Marxists, the Communists, the Fascists and the Socialists as Ordered by Our Great Father; for I will not spare the bastards whether of finance, industry, government, politics or religion.  And we know that Lucifer will not spare me nor any Akurian in his sure and certain retaliation.  He will learn and experience once more that all under our command will give full and good account of themselves, for he is neither an intimidation nor a victor against us.

            Is there anything left of consider in this Council of the Four Horsemen?

            Note there was not one word to direct one quark of Creation towards delaying or easing these Days of Holocaust nor Years of Tribulation offered by anybody.  That these are the beginning Days of Tribulation, that shall only get worse following Holocaust, should be obvious to all but socialist fools.  It is certainly obvious to the socialist leaders and instigators as it is to the Akurians and everybody else of prudent mind.

            Boneheaded world-dripping-with-honey ‘psychics,’ hallelujah halfwit preachers and other liars have been bellowing the immanent ‘return’ of Jesus for ages on end without a speck of consideration that said ‘return’ will not and cannot happen this side of a THIRD Temple of Solomon; nor the fact that IMMANUEL clearly said His Return would be “AFTER” all these horrors.  We are simply in the early days of those impending horrors.  If total global enslavement can be achieved by legislation, and total domination of the enslaved can be achieved without war – which is the promise of socialism – then we need not worry about Holocaust, Armageddon, Tribulation or the Second Coming.
            And right there is the glitch!

            There are those of us who will not sell our souls for a handout, who will stand and fight regardless of the odds against us or the conditions of battle, effectively eliminating total legislated enslavement.  Anyone who can think should do it and consider ‘who’ among all the high and mighties in the current world scene from Rome, Jerusalem, Beijing, Moscow, New York, Washington, London, Mecca, Bruxxels, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Los Angeles and all other gatherings of great socialists, is willing to step aside and take a subordinate role to any other.  There aren’t any.  And there’s a damned good reason why there aren’t any:  whoever is in total charge can order the rest executed on a whim ‘for the good of the state’ …

Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Article I

In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has:

unlawfully exercised the authority of his office to take private property for public use in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution, which guarantees to the People that “private property shall not be taken for public use without just compensation,” and without “due process of law”;

unlawfully interfered with the management of private companies for the purpose of achieving government control of them, in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Wherefore, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.

In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice, and to that end, through his subordinates and agents, has:

unlawfully engaged in a conspiracy to suppress evidence of the true place of his birth. This obstruction of justice has resulted in a violation of the Constitutional provision that a President of the United States must be a natural born citizen.

unlawfully refused his assent to the Laws of the United States, and exercised false powers of veto that are contrary to Constitution.

Ok … I’m back.  Sort of.  Maybe.  We’ll see.

            But I’m not promising anything.  I’m still a little cranky.  And I’m not doing any radio shows for a while, anyway – though I did do one interview with a good friend who went off the air over at RBN recently.  I actually mean shows of my own.  I’ll probably do a few interviews here and there.

            Thanks to everybody who has written, concerned about my well being.  I appreciate your thoughts, concerns and good wishes.

            It actually has grown kind of fun to watch the speculation over whether or not I died this summer.  A couple of people claim to have spoken with someone who swore that he spoke at my funeral.  Sorry I had to miss it, but nobody invited me, apparently.  As Mark Twain once observed:  “The rumors of my death have been much exaggerated.”

            What moves me today?  It appears that the massive biological pandemic that I have forecast for many years, most recently specifying this Fall (that’s right now, folks), has arrived in the break-away Soviet republic of Ukraine over the past week.  You say you haven’t yet heard about it yet?  You will.  There has been no news coverage in the West so far, so near as I can tell, but this story is too big and moving too fast to cover up much longer.

            I have seen a number of Internet postings on the Ukrainian epidemic and, even, a few UTube videos already.   I have heard the story developing since last week from correspondents of mine in Ukraine who have been witnessing things first hand.  School and public offices have all been closed.  President Yuschenko has declared a state of emergency and issued a plea for international help.  Reports of up to 3,000 deaths (unconfirmed) already are leaking out.

            So far, the worst of this outbreak is in Western Ukraine, in and around the city of Lviv, but a few hundred kilometers to the East, in the capital city of Kiev, nearly half the people now stalk the streets wearing surgical masks.  It would be an understatement to say that the people of Ukraine are moving into full panic mode.  I can see why.  So should you.  I will explain why in a moment.

Ukrainian authorities are unclear that this outbreak is the same as or, even, a close variant of the Swine Flu now sweeping over the planet.  Maybe it is just a lethal mutation.  Likely not, however.  They are calling it both a viral pneumonia and bacteriological hemorrhagic fever.  The symptoms mimic those of Swine Flu, though on steroids.  People die with their lungs dissolving almost overnight, filled with fluids and blood.  This is the exact, same pattern as followed by the 1917 Spanish Flu, which struck down the healthiest among the population, those with the strongest immune systems.  The rampup over the summer has been identical to 1917, too.

            Here’s why you are at special risk if you are young and healthy:  Your vital and responsive immune system is the very thing that kills you, by overreacting to the infection via what is called a Cytokeine Storm.  I wrote about this process earlier this year, in Flu Happens.  A great many of the people now dying have underlying conditions as well, particularly those of a respiratory nature such as asthma, when they take ill.

            Now for the particularly interesting and sinister conspiracy twist (you just knew this was coming, didn’t you?):

            Inckdentally, I have forecast in my Internet columns and my book, Defensive Racism, this very scenario, though I have not known where it would begin.

Three months ago, Israeli Mossad agent Joseph Moshe, who specializes in biological warfare, was taken down by Los Angeles police, allegedly for “threatening the White House.”  What wasn’t reported by the media at the time was that Moshe just had “called into a radio show to warn people about a biological weapon that was being made by Baxter international that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon its release.”   (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/08/14/man-suspected-of-making-t_n_259330.html)  Moshe also claimed that Ukraine would be the country in which it first would be released.  This was in early August.  How did he know?

            Three months ago, Moshe stated that this pandemic would begin in Ukraine, a country free of the flu until last week. That is too much for coincidence. Maybe it simply is coincidence, but I do not believe in coincidence.  And, suddenly, lots of people are dying in Ukraine from this flu outbreak – a much more deadly form of the flu than has been seen anywhere else.

            Baxter Pharmaceuticals has a vaccine development and production lab in Ukraine and in the past has been proven to have shipped dangerous live agents to other countries, notably AIDS in blood products that killed thousands of people a few years ago. This past spring, Czechoslovakia happened to test some Baxter vaccine and found live virus, something about which you may have heard.

            Baxter, the source of the flu vaccine now being distributed over there, cannot be trusted!  The Ukrainian people are not being told any of this or about what this Moshe character said just prior to being arrested in August over here.  I am forwarding this column to all my friends in Ukraine tonight.

            There is extreme danger from this flu pandemic in Ukraine right now and you should take especial precautions, wherever you live.  Particularly, get a supply of Tamiflu, if possible, and start taking it at the first sign of symptoms (headache, fever, dry cough, aches/pains and extreme fatigue).  It works.  I have used it myself in the past.  This flu operates very fast, often within just 3 – 6 hours, and is very deadly. You will not have time to get Tamiflu once you have symptoms.

            I predict that we will see this all over the globe by the end of the month.  This could kill a lot of people.  A lot, as in millions.  Already, you can bank upon this infection being in many other countries, now going through its gestation period.  It is infectious before symptoms really manifest.  We will know by this time next week.

            Hang on, folks.  I think this is just the crest.  Now comes the plunge downward.  Keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times.
