We're growing at an unprecedented rate these days and we must have some guidelines for understanding and participation. Seniors have a tremendous amount of experience that Neophytes cannot go backwards in time to get. They and we can only move forward. Seniors have a responsibility to the Neophytes and between each other to make sure Neophytes can be the Akurians we need them to be without holding them back or down. While every Senior would like for people to be as skilled, we're ALWAYS going to have people of different skill levels, some will learn faster, some will learn slower. Some will "get" things quicker and others will need time. We need to take Neophytes from where they are and not from where we would like them to be. So what does every Senior want/need to Neophytes to know. And what do Neophytes need to know so they can feel comfortable in their participation with us. Seniors need to know where the Neophytes are to facilitate, support and protect their Neophyte endeavors, be patient – they're behind in their learning and they are undoing programming, be supportive and encouraging of Neophyte endeavors, and not make them "feel" like they cannot contribute. Those who cannot participate nightly, are not to be given a hard time. Neophytes need to know they're welcome, they can contribute, they have enough/sufficient skill in order to participate. They need to know they are supported even though they cannot Blast with the same intensity as your years of experience can. That said, many Neophytes are cleaning some Seniors Clocks! The Fine Line - Recruiting LEARN TO RECRUIT! And LEARN to allow Neophytes to grow. Remember – we're not arm grabbers, plaza street preachers, or hallelujah half-wit idiots. We need to GROW and Neophytes don't need to be ABUSED by any Senior in the process! Neophytes need TIME to grow. The average Neophyte may need a year to digest something they've seen Akurian. The average time they take to READ The AED is a YEAR. And, it takes them about a YEAR to digest what it means to BE Akurian! BE PATIENT! Training Sessions are Sundays. Doors Open at 15 past the hour and the Sessions begin on the half hour. Eastern = 9:15PM Central = 8:15PM Mountain = 7:15PM Pacific = 6:15PM PLEASE BE ON TIME – Holding session for late dialers in unacceptable. Procedure When Calling In When you come into the room, announce yourself and then go on mute. If you are asking a question, being asked a question, or engaging in discussion because it is occurring, be courteous to when you hear the sound that is someone else coming into the room so they can announce themselves. When no discussion is happening, please go on mute. If you do not have a mute button on your phone, do things MENTALLY – it is very distracting, as you will experience, when someone is not on mute. Generally questions, comments, and concerns are directed at making sure information presented is understood and related to our invocations and/or training. The time we get together during the week is time to Invoke, Target, and Direct AGAINST our ENEMIES! It is not a time to inform; Akurians are Wide Awake. Sunday Trainings are just that Trainings. Be encouraged to send relevant and appropriate information to akurianinfo@theakuriansmail.com. We do not usually get together on Friday/Sabbath and or Holidays – especially those that occur on weekends. It is a generally a good idea to be at your computer for: Notifications especially if there are problems which we occasionally have. Access to the invocations. We're going to have to find options for other ways of getting this done/accomplished. Phone services are hammering on the issue by blocking access to these lines. Communication Seniors need to learn Akurian items so well, they can teach others EXACTLY! This is not a something to learn it one way and teach it to a neophyte another. ALWAYS get help if you don't know something so you don't teach a neophyte incorrectly or something that you'll need to undo. It's ALWAYS easier to AVOID a problem than it is to undo it. Generally Bobby and I are pretty good at getting back to people via email – usually within a 24 hour period. If you don't get a response, it is very likely we didn't get your email in. The best thing to do is follow up again or give us a phone call. Chylon's phone service has answering that has the ability to leave an email when you call; don't just call – always LEAVE a message. Chylon is also a FaceBook user – that is another way to make sure of communications and it very much helps. Instructions for Participation in Training/Blast Sessions – to teach Neophytes! 1. The objective is to get people to participate in our Invocations and Trainings – Neophytes do the best you can with what you understand AS you understand it. 2. When you dial in, wait for a pause if there is conversation going on, announce yourself, and then go on mute. Going on mute helps to keep the signal strengthened. 3. If you don't understand enough at any given moment, there are two ways of approaching the situation. a. Listen quietly and attend to what we're doing and if you have questions, ask them after the Session via email or phone call. We'll address your questions, comments, and concerns AFTER. b. Lend yourself to the ENERGY of the objective and ask questions AFTER via email or phone call. We will walk you through the necessary skill requirements. 4. NEVER Add-To or Subtract-From the Directives/Commands – make sure you attend to this issue. 5. Because we're not seeing people face-to-face, sometimes people talk at the same time. We do endeavor to keep this problem minimized. Attend to Bobby, Chylon, or the senior at the time and stop. We make every effort to make sure that everyone has opportunity to speak. Note: The objective in training/blast sessions is to DO/Accomplish something. The equivalency of the way we do this is like turning the television on so that you can enjoy watching. You do not have to KNOW how a television works towards this end/objective. That you desire to KNOW how a television works, you do that on your own time – BUT, and understand we will help and facilitate this endeavor outside of Blast/Training Times. Make sure you come into the session with: Paper and something to write with. Envelopes and an Offering And make sure you have the things we're using to open and close in front of you. Order of Operations to Teach Neophytes 1. READ The Anointed, The Elect, and The Damned! FIRST. 2. Stay on top of emails that come in from the Akurians as they come in. 3. Be encouraged to keep a journal so that when you have questions, you have something specific to work with to get answers you need. 4. Based on the questions, we'll either answer them or point you in the right direction to get the answers. Tithe There are a few ways it can be done: 1. You can do it by paypal 2. Send a check 3. Money Order Checks and Money Orders need to be made out to Pathfinders, Inc. You can send them to : The Akurians c/o Chylon Budagher 1124 Montclaire Dr NE Albuquerque, NM 87110 If you want to Pay via Paypal the email address: pathfinders@anointedofgodpathfindersofelijahinc.com There are two ways to approach paying Tithes: 1. 10% of Take Home Pay (Recommended) but if you get an income tax refund, 10% of the refund is due. 2. 10% of Gross and if you get an income tax refund, no difference is owed. Most people pay after they get paid. Additional Reference: http://theanointedofgodpathfindersofelijahinc.com/tithe.htm Skills For Akurian Success – What to KNOW and be able to DO! 1. Body of Light 2. How to KNOW what you think 3. Sun Link 4. The Most Important Skills Neophytes need to be familiar with for effective participation is how to make: Astral Projection 5. Thoughtform/Belly Ball 6. Transfer energy from one hand to another You will be using these skills again and again. Sometimes we get new things added to these skills and then your understanding will grow as to which skill is best to use in any given situation. Learn these skills and get VERY good at them. Learn these skills so that you can teach another EXACTLY as you were taught so that when you teach another, there aren't variances in the ways. Vocabulary Akasha, Air, Fire, Water, Earth Belly Balls Black Fire Flick Energy Handprint Hit Invocation Library Planes/Depths of Heaven/Hell Sun Link How to READ The AED! Neophytes are being told: Suggestions - Take notes and write down the questions for the 1st time around. By the time you get to the end of the book, many of the questions will be answered. The 2nd time around helps DIGEST the information TREMENDOUSLY and you'll get other answers that you didn't get the first time around. Try to let a Senior know where you are in the book. The Senior SHOULD review the Chapters. Considerations Neophytes NEED and MUST have Training. But understand, there are some people who'll take a YEAR to digest an ANSWER before they come aboard. They need TIME to read The AED and it takes an average of ONE YEAR to get through The AED. Then it takes another YEAR to be Akurian the way we want them to be. BE PATIENT WITH THEM AND ALLOW THEM THE TIME TO LEARN. 1. A lot of neophytes are intimidated with the idea of the group and the ENERGY we exert/exude to accomplish. They think they need to learn more in order to participate. 2. A lot of neophytes have metaphysical skills but they don't have words to put to them. This cannot be a derogatory from Seniors against them. 3. Neophytes are often able to do things for others but they can't do for themselves. This is something that is not to be mis-judged by Seniors as a weakness nor a derogatory from Seniors against them. 4. Seniors have a responsibility to where their neophytes are in the book as well as other Akurian Trainings. Seniors attend to the neophytes in SUPPORT, not foreclosure. 5. Seniors - What's the procedure you want to have someone do the invite to our conference rooms and what if time doesn't allow it – Wally with Kizzy; and he knew to be that respectful. 6. And, some people cannot join us in our nightly blasts as well as training. Schedules, Time, Work, maybe a spouse problem, et cetera. This should NEVER be a limit with respect to them being/becoming Akurian. 7. It shouldn't come as any surprise to anyone. There are many people on our Akurianinfo list. Whenever one does get added, ALL commentary and exchange should not be foreclosure on them. AkurianInfo 1. Sometimes it is hard to do in the rest of the group even in the akurianinfo. How do we introduce them? When? What stage? How to invite them to Blast with us. 2. What procedure to deal with someone who has a New Recruit? ALWAYS ADVISE BOBBY AND CHYLON IF YOU'RE WORKING WITH A NEOPHYTE! Make sure we know who you're talking to and BCC us in ALL communications via email. Chylon will add to akurianinfo. If you're communicating with a Neophyte via FaceBook, again, advise Bobby and Chylon of WHO! This is critical to stop the Damnations of what can happen with a Back-Door! Remember Bobby's admonition – Familiarity breeds contempt (and it usually does), but if and ONLY if one of the two are CONTEMPTIBLE! Seniors don't be contemptible! Procedure of/by Seniors to have a New Recruit 1. The way of teaching them is to have them STAY reading The AED FIRST AND FOREMOST. Have them read our Akurian items as they come up via email. 2. The way of bringing them forward into Blasts and Trainings – teach them how to enter the room and to do the best they understand. If they don't understand something, have them get back to you. If you have a question or problem – GET WITH BOBBY OR CHYLON! One Tell Two - a solution for managing Neophytes 1. Maximizes learning and teaching of/by Seniors to be responsible for 2 people. 2. Can put people to recruit easier and faster. 3. Easy to be responsible up the Chain of Command and down the Chain of Command. 4. Maintains a hierarchy all over the place. Note: Things like internet, facebook, cheaper ways of phoning/skyping, it is very conducive for people to maintain the integrity. Understanding TIME Seniors MUST be understanding of the TIME that Neophytes and New Recruits and how it affects them. They do not have our YEARS of experience. And, we cannot impose upon them a TIME Requirement they cannot comply with. Some of the Akurians cannot keep up with it either. Seniors MUST understand that for every question and/or problem, it NEVER happens only once. If you don't understand something yourself, DON'T BULLSHIT AN ANSWER! The derogatory is often never overcome with enough people! We're not Hallelujah Half-Wit Akurians! Don't even begin to appear that way and DON'T RUSH TO JUDGMENT! Neophyte Time 1. Reading the AED – 7 Hours Weekly and it's been a long time since some Seniors have read it again. The book is not a read it twice kind of thing. 2. Reading the emails and the necessary follow up they will do – 7 Hours Weekly and some Seniors IGNORE the emails. Don't ignore emails! 3. Many will have questions INDIVIDUALLY (a soul kind of thing) and on an average those phone calls and emails take about 7 hours both ways to handle. That's 7 hours of a Senior's time too. 4. Personal practices and study – 7 Hours Weekly. There are enough Akurians who cannot fit in 7 hours to do it either. 5. Reading ALL the OLD Lessons, Training, Invocations et cetera – another 7 hours. 6. We must have patience with our Neophytes – they are going to take TIME to undo their programming. This too takes/requires TIME. This is 35 hours total for a NEOPHYTE/New Recruit. To impose a burden that some of the Seniors cannot accommodate is a problem. This cannot be/become hypocrisy of and by Seniors. Senior Time 1. It is not just a Neophyte's time when a phone call is made and/or an email is written. Sometimes the responses TAKE a lot of time and that is Senior's time on task too. Bobby and Chylon's average time spent getting a Neophyte up to speed is about 7 hours per week with each Neophyte. 2. Some Akurians have the ability to make international calls. International calls MUST consider time differentials. Such is a different TIME allocation. 3. There are people around the world now reading the AED. 4. Language barriers around the world. Sometimes we'll have to take a translator, which takes TIME, write a response which takes Time, then convert it back – JUST TO CHECK what might be or might not be the problem. This takes TIME. Tools 1. The AED 2. Invocations 3. Trainings 4. DT Search – or software so people can find what they're looking for in any Akurian Document. 5. E-sword 6. Paper and something to write with 7.
